Good News
Worship.   
  • We believe we were created for God’s pleasure, and the way we bring God pleasure is to worship Him.
  • We seek to praise God for what He has done, what He is doing and what He will do; thanking Him for His actions in our lives. 
  • We also seek to worship Him for who He is, as He reveals Himself to us, we respond to Him with adoration and praise.     
  • Our worship services are characterized by both reverence and joy. We revere God because He is holy, powerful and just.  We approach Him with joy because He is good, loving and merciful. 
  • We encourage our members to respond to God with their whole being in worship; intellectually, emotionally, and even physically (e.g. our posture). 

People begin to fill our auditorium at 10:15am for our 10:30am Sunday morning service.  The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. (We think the theater seats may have something to do with this.)  Some wear coats and ties, others wear jeans.  While the songs we sing are a mixture of both old and new, the arrangements are mostly contemporary.  The words to the songs we sing and to the scriptures we use are displayed for all to see on one of our video screens.
